As a Lead Conversion Assistant, your primary responsibility is to ensure that when a new lead enters a business’s system, they’re followed up with automatically and routed to the correct next step. You’ll do this by building and managing workflows inside CRM platforms that automate everything from the first email to the final appointment reminder. These tools are used by digital businesses, consultants, and service providers around the world.
You won’t be in customer service, design, or content creation. Your job is system setup, testing, and logical flow control—something you’ll learn by following a prebuilt, beginner-friendly onboarding path.
Connect forms and opt-in pages to follow-up automation flows
Route leads into segments based on actions (clicked, booked, didn’t respond)
Assign tags and CRM stages so follow-up is personalized and efficient
Install email and SMS reminders using simple visual builders
Configure timing delays, conditional logic, and behavioral triggers
Ensure leads never go cold by automating persistent but friendly follow-ups
Simulate the lead’s journey from signup to appointment
Identify bottlenecks like missed messages or broken links
