Rough-In Plumber – Build the Foundation for What’s Next

What the Job Offers

This is a full-time position with steady, year-round work on high-quality residential construction projects. You’ll earn between $30 and $50 per hour, depending on experience. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Rough-In Plumber, you’ll handle the essential early-phase plumbing work that sets each build up for long-term performance. You’ll install plumbing systems in new residential properties according to blueprints and local codes. From reading and interpreting plans to securing piping and testing installations, your work ensures everything functions correctly before the finishing phase begins.

You’ll collaborate closely with contractors, supervisors, and other trades to keep each project moving smoothly and on schedule. You’ll also be responsible for keeping tools and equipment in working order and following all site safety protocols.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re experienced, reliable, and take real pride in doing things right the first time. You have at least four years of hands-on experience in new construction plumbing, with a solid understanding of current plumbing codes and industry best practices. You can read blueprints and technical drawings with ease, troubleshoot on the fly, and communicate well with crews on-site. A plumbing license or certification is a plus and may be required depending on your state or local regulations.

We also require that you have dependable transportation and are able to travel to job sites as needed.
