The Quality Analyst team is always working diligently to solve problems and are always working hard to improve the process. Solving day to day issues and working through nonconforming material and product. In this role you can learn and grow into a real problem solver.
The department, which includes the Quality Engineering team; is a collaborative, energetic and encouraging group. In this role there is plenty of opportunity to learn from the Quality Engineering experts. If you enjoy collaboration, teamwork, critical thinking, and multitasking this is the team to join.

What makes you successful:
  • Review NCE and NCMR documentation for content and completion of required deliverables. Provide guidance as necessary to ensure appropriate depth of investigation and action.
  • Review nonconformance trending to identify need for corrective or preventive actions.
  • Perform Internal Audits as a member of the Audit Team. Participate in audit preparation, execution. Track completion of audit responses and verify effectiveness of actions taken.
  • Create or revise Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions governing the Company's compliance functions.
  • Assist management with continuous improvement of processes and systems supporting the Company's compliance functions.
  • Stay current on applicable FDA, ISO and other applicable industry requirements. Monitor external publication sources for issues applicable to the Company.
  • Create training materials and execute training as necessary to communicate process requirements and provide guidance to user community.
  • Conduct investigations into potential quality / compliance concerns. Keep management informed of issues.
  • Review CAPA documentation for content and completion of required deliverables. Provide guidance as necessary to ensure appropriate depth of investigation and corrective and/or preventive actions. Assess effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Prepare CAPA Review Board meeting agenda and minutes.
  • Assist with duties of Recall Coordinator in association with the Company's Corrections and Removals Policy.
  • Compile CAPA and Internal Audit performance metrics for review with management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned to enable organizational and quality objectives to be met.

Experience and Education:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.

Language Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.

Physical Demands:
Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.

Work Environment:
Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts, work with chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light, fast-paced work, and elevated noise levels.
