Job Summary:
The Marketing and Catering Assistant will support the marketing team in executing local and regional marketing strategies while also managing catering operations to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role involves coordinating promotional activities, managing social media content, assisting with community events, and overseeing catering services to strengthen Chick-fil-A's presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing materials and merchandise.
2. Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engagement opportunities.
3. Event Coordination:
- Help organize and participate in community events and sponsorships.
- Manage logistics for events, including setup, staffing, and promotional materials.
4. Catering Operations:
- Coordinate and manage catering orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote catering services.
- Assist in creating catering menus and promotional materials.
5. Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing and catering strategies.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team, catering staff, and other departments to ensure alignment of efforts with business goals.
- Foster relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
