Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Janitorial Team Members to join our after-hours cleaning team! This role is responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining the overall cleanliness of our facility after business hours to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for guests and team members the next day. If you take pride in keeping spaces spotless and enjoy working in a quiet, early morning setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities - Perform deep cleaning of all areas of the facility, including floors, restrooms, dining areas, attractions, and high-touch surfaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors to maintain a polished and presentable appearance
- Thoroughly sanitize and disinfect restrooms, including replenishing supplies and addressing any maintenance concerns
- Empty and properly dispose of trash and recyclables throughout the facility
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners, as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
- Complete a checklist of assigned tasks before the start of operating hours
Qualifications - Passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an overnight setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly and on time
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus but not required
