We’re seeking a motivated Entry Level Junior Account Manager to join our passionate team supporting nonprofit fundraising campaigns through engaging charity events. Assist in managing and coordinating nonprofit fundraising campaigns and charity events
Support planning and execution of promotional activities linked to events
Provide excellent client service, addressing questions and ensuring smooth campaign delivery
Collaborate with event teams to align marketing and outreach objectives
Track campaign progress and report key metrics to leadership
Support team training efforts and help motivate junior staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
Passionate about nonprofit causes and community engagement
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, motivated to learn and grow
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or nonprofit studies preferred
