Where you come in: - As an IT Applications Manager for Warehouse and Trade Compliance, You manage systems like Oracle EBS and Fusion that support Warehouse Management, DRP, Trade compliance
- You lead implementation and maintain WMS to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
- Integrate automation technologies to enhance productivity and reduce manual labor.
- Implement and maintain Global Trade Compliance applications that ensure adherence to international trade laws and regulations, including import/ export controls
- Implement solution for reverse logistics.
- Work closely with business partners of supply chain, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Manage projects related to warehouse operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
- Provide strong leadership to the warehouse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, suppliers, and management.
What makes you successful: - Warehouse Management experience typically, at least 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Hands-on experience with Oracle WMS and other relevant software
- Process Improvement: Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and optimize warehouse operations
- Trade Compliance: Experience with applications like Global Trade Management with international trade laws and regulations, including import/export controls
- Audit Management: Experience in managing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Supply Chain Coordination: Experience working with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Project Management: Experience managing projects related to warehouse operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate warehouse staff
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear guidelines and collaboration

Travel Required: Experience and Education Requirements: - Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related industry experience.
- 2-5 years of mangement or lead experience
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
