We are looking for an experienced Inpatient Renal Dietitian to join our team, specializing in chronic dialysis and oncology nutrition. This role involves conducting nutritional assessments, providing education to ESRD and cancer patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Dietetics and a current Dietician licensure. This position includes inpatient consults, on-call weekends, and work in both renal and oncology nutrition, with a focus on patient education and timely documentation.
