Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our client's dedicated legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law , including handling divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and other domestic relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements related to family law proceedings.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on complex family law issues.
Advocate for clients in mediation, negotiations, and courtroom litigation in family law cases.
Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution.
Work closely with clients to provide compassionate and effective representation in family law disputes.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience practicing family law .
Strong litigation and negotiation skills in family law cases.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
Licensed to practice law in the state.
