Core Responsibilities:

• Spearhead complex tax projects and compliance initiatives for high-value individual and business clients
• Direct tax planning strategies and provide sophisticated advisory services
• Oversee preparation and review of complex tax returns across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead tax research initiatives and resolve complex technical issues
• Manage and develop junior staff members while fostering a culture of excellence
• Partner with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives and process improvements
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all client deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• Active CPA license required
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience with focused tax expertise

• Expert knowledge of GAAP and current tax regulations
• Strong technical aptitude with major tax and accounting software platforms
