POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Family Law Attorney, you will be entrusted with handling a wide array of family law cases, including high-stakes divorces, complex custody matters, and support disputes. Your work will directly impact the lives of our clients, requiring not only legal acumen but also a deep sense of responsibility and compassion. Success in this role demands the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment while employing strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills. 

In addition to your legal expertise, we value strong client communication and relationship-building. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and delivering the highest standard of legal representation. This is a full-time, in-person position with flexibility as needed to support work-life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters.
  • Draft legal documents, conduct discovery, and present in court. 
  • Develop strategies tailored to each case, advocating effectively for clients.
  • Engage in negotiation and mediation processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in business development activities to build your client base, as well as the firm’s. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have an active New Jersey Bar membership in good standing 
  • 1+ years as a practicing attorney is required 
  • Proven experience in family law preferred. 
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. 
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented with a strong client focus. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $100,000+ based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Unlimited earning potential
