FedEx Ground is seeking a responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team! If you have a passion for driving, excellent customer service skills, and a strong safety record, we want to hear from you.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, or similar a plus)
Clean driving record, valid driver’s license able to pass drug test & DOT physical
∙Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
Must be 21+ years old
Have reliable transportation to and from work
Be on time and ready to work each workday
Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with hand truck
Be able to climb stairs
Be able to work in all types of weather
Strong safety mindset, customer-first attitude & team player

✅ Responsibilities Include:

Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow designated routes
Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform up to 100+ stops a day
Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
Maintain compliance with FedEx safety standards and procedures
Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
Work independently and as part of a team
