Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance appointments with tenants across multiple properties.
• Utilize Yardi Facility Manager to manage work order scheduling and dispatching.
• Reconcile work orders and service records to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Communicate effectively with in-house maintenance technicians and external vendors.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and service requests.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• 1 3 years of relevant experience preferred (dispatching, administrative support, or customer service)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, scheduling tools)
