Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
• Maintain and organize data files, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Review and verify data for errors, making corrections as needed.
• Generate reports and documents as requested by management.
• Assist in the processing of invoices, orders, or other relevant paperwork.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and confirm data when necessary.
• Assist in preparing data for analysis and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Strong typing skills and experience with data management software is a plus.
