We are looking to hire a Virtual Executive Assistant / Program Manager to join our team.
Example Projects/Responsibilities:
1. Email Management/Filtering
2. Setting up Autoresponders (Aweber, Mailchimp)
3. Booking appointments with clients
4. Following up with clients/customers (sending thank you and other reminder emails)
5. Calendar Management
6. File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc)
7. Research on certain topics for blogposts, newsletters or others
8. Creating basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
9. Liaison between you and other team members
10. Recruitment (source for other team members like writers or graphic artists)
11. Manage and update Social Media Accounts
12. Participating in discussion forums or message boards (more promotion!)

* This role is a virtual role.
* Regular pay bumps: our pay is between $5-$15/hour depending on your skillsets. We want to reward our talented team members and ideally would have you on the team for at least 2-3 years.
* Kind communication: unlike other companies, you’ll be a part of our team as a colleague. We find it _extremely_ important to treat our VAs with kindness and respect. You will not be overworked and will be fairly compensated. If you continue to do a phenomenal job, we provide regular bonuses and pay bumps over time.
* Flexible Hours: you are free to choose the hours you work — as long as the work is completed conscientiously and well, you can work whenever you’d like
* This role does not involve any speaking to customers (only email and text management)
