Job Title : Workday Deployment System Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Workday Deployment System Analysts to support a major migration project from PeopleSoft to Workday. This fully remote contract role will focus on data integration and transformation between enterprise HR and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PeopleSoft integrations and Workday deployment and must be certified in Oracle PeopleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of data extraction and transformation processes from PeopleSoft to Workday HCM and Financials.
Design and implement real-time and batch integrations involving PeopleSoft, Workday, and third-party systems.
Utilize integration platforms (iPaaS) such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workday Cloud Connect.
Optimize and manage SQL queries, Application Engine processes, and SQR scripts to ensure efficient data migration.
Implement robust error-handling, logging, and performance tuning mechanisms.
Provide strategic guidance on cloud migration and modernization of legacy integrations.
Conduct performance assessments and optimize integration performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and Workday consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Validate data accuracy and integrity post-migration using ETL tools.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree (REQUIRED)
Certification: Oracle PeopleSoft Certification (REQUIRED)
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant systems analyst experience, including:
- PeopleSoft and Workday integrations
- IPaaS platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Cloud Connect)
- Data transformation and performance tuning

Project Details

Focus: Data migration from PeopleSoft to Workday
Key Modules: Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financials
Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and consultants to define requirements, resolve data inconsistencies, and ensure a seamless integration
