Job Overview: The Wedding & Events Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operations of our sales and events business. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of incoming leads, including qualifying inquiries, contracting, and planning details through event execution and final billing. The Coordinator will also assist the Events team by organizing and entering details for group bookings, in partnership with the Events Manager. Key responsibilities include preparing client proposals and contracts, arranging amenities, inputting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes, and pulling a variety of reports. This role requires close collaboration with operational departments to ensure all guest expectations are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate is passionate about weddings and events, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
