Description We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will bring your creativity and technical expertise to design visually impactful and user-friendly web experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects in the real estate industry. Responsibilities: - Design and develop engaging web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, and InDesign to create high-quality designs. - Develop effective banner ads and digital advertisements tailored to the target audience. - Collaborate with the team to design and implement e-commerce applications and other interactive features. - Maintain brand consistency across all web and graphic design projects. - Optimize websites and graphics for performance and responsiveness on various devices. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table. - Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions. - Create prototypes and mockups to present design concepts for approval. - Ensure timely delivery of all design deliverables while meeting quality standards. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Strong expertise in graphic design and creating visually appealing web layouts. - Experience designing advertisements, banner ads, and e-commerce applications. - Solid knowledge of CSS and web design principles. - Ability to adapt designs to meet client needs and project specifications. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients. - Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
