Job Title:  Warehouse Manager
Location:  Metuchen, NJ

Position Overview:  The Warehouse Manager oversees daily operations to ensure efficient warehouse management, staff supervision, inventory control, and safety compliance. The role aims to optimize productivity and maintain high standards of operation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations, fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory processes from receiving through distribution, conducting regular audits.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems and streamline warehouse procedures.
• Coordinate daily operations such as order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving, optimizing space utilization.
• Enforce health and safety protocols, conducting audits and training sessions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
• Knowledgeable in safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
• 401k, Medical Insurance.
• Hours: Monday to Thursday (9am-6pm), Friday (9:30am-4pm).
