Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive accurate, well-packaged orders and that our warehouse operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while also communicating effectively with the team.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
Package and prepare outbound customer orders, including proper boxing, taping, and dunnage use.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts for material handling.
Use basic computer systems to assist with order processing and communication.
Collaborate with team members through Slack and in daily operations to ensure efficiency.
Support workflow improvements by identifying and communicating potential process enhancements.
Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed, such as supply counts, order picking, or product repacking.

Qualifications:
Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts; valid certification strongly preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
About the Job:
Full-Time Position
$17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday (occasional overtime during busy periods)
