Job Description

• Capability to evaluate existing enterprise applications (Salesforce CRM .NET apps Database etc.) & also assess the current integration landscape with systems like Azure APIM.
  
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand needs and pain points.
  
• Define clear objectives for each development team and the applications they manage.
  
• Identify skill sets within teams and allocate resources accordingly.
  
• Consider hiring or training for areas with skill gaps.
  
• Define testing strategies (unit integration user acceptance).
  
• Automate testing where possible to improve efficiency.
  
• Has experience in managing CrossFunctional Teams and share insights
  
• Develop KPIs for each team (e.g. deployment frequency defect rates).
  
• Regularly review performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  
• Develop a standardized framework for integrating applications with enterprise systems.
  
• Evaluate potential cloud solutions for scalability and flexibility.
  
• Plan for hybrid or fully cloudbased environments depending on business needs.
  
• Implement a feedback loop from users to gather insights for enhancements.
  
• Regularly update applications based on user needs and technological advancements.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology to integrate new solutions as needed.

Qualifications

• 10 years in the industry managing multiple teams strategic planning Application development and enterprise architecture
  
• Experience in working with cross functional teams across time zones and in hybrid environment
  
• Good experience and knowledge & should stay updated on industry trends and technology to integrate new solutions as needed.
  
• Bachelors in Engineering/technology related to computer science information systems or related field is required
  

The base pay range for this position is $200K $260K exact offers will be determined based on jobrelated knowledge skills experience and location.
