Develop detailed project plans, including schedule, budget and resource requirements. Monitor and control the project budget to ensure resources are utilized reasonably and effectively. Team Coordination and Management Assemble and manage a video production team, including directors, cameramen, editors, etc. Clarify the responsibilities and tasks of team members to ensure efficient communication and collaboration among team members. Coordinate and solve various problems in the process of project execution to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Filming Production and Monitoring Responsible for the filming and production of the video project, including site survey, equipment rental and actor recruitment. Monitor the progress and quality of filming to ensure that the filming is carried out according to plan. Organize and manage filming materials to prepare for subsequent editing. Post-Editing and Auditing Responsible for the post-editing of the video, including editing, dubbing, soundtrack, subtitle, etc. Audit the finished edited product to ensure that the video content meets the company's or client's needs and standards. According to the audit result, make necessary modifications and optimization to the video. Publishing and Promotion Responsible for the release and promotion of videos, including choosing appropriate release channels and formulating promotion strategies. Monitor the data of video playback, likes, comments, etc. and analyze the communication effect of the video. Adjust and optimize the promotion strategy according to the data analysis results to improve the video dissemination effect.
