Allianz Partners offers an exciting 10-week internship program designed to immerse students in the dynamic world of business and insurance. This program provides hands-on experience and opportunities to work on impactful projects with a focus on project management and cross-departmental collaboration. Interns will gain valuable exposure to the workings of a top global company, while enhancing their professional development through exclusive networking events, mentorship, and lunch-and-learn sessions.

Program Details:

• Start Date: Monday, June 2, 2025
• End Date: Friday, August 8, 2025
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Environment: Hybrid (in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

WHAT YOU DO: As a UI/UX Design Intern , you’ll play a key role in shaping e-commerce solutions for major travel industry partners. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. This internship is designed to immerse you in UI/UX design, cross-functional teamwork, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll leave with hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of the role of design in optimizing e-commerce booking paths.

• Design digital marketing assets that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including copywriters, designers, and strategists, to deliver e-commerce initiatives.
• Advocate for customers and partners using human-centered design methods, such as ideation, iterative design, and user testing.
• Analyze user journeys, identify patterns, and provide insights into our travel industry partners’ websites.
• Keep your team and leaders informed by communicating progress and workloads effectively.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and suggest ideas for booking path optimization tests.
• Develop test designs and adapt based on insights from results.
• Gain hands-on experience with industry tools such as Design Systems, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA, and Basecamp.

WHAT YOU BRING: We’re looking for college juniors, seniors, or graduate students in fields like mass communications, graphic design, or related disciplines who:

• Are proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and UI/UX prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Understand the basics of user-centered design principles.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
• Have a passion for creating impactful design solutions.
• Hands-on experience with real-world UI/UX projects, especially in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work and growth.
• Knowledge of behavioral economics is a plus, but not required.
