Triage Registered Nurse (Remote)

Triage Registered Nurse needed in Nashville, TN.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $58,843 - $69,555
• $5,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities

• 11a-11p (varying shifts)
• Every other weekend required
• 100% Remote
• Manage incoming after-hours calls, assess needs, and coordinate appropriate responses.
• Delegate visits to on-call nursing staff or conduct patient visits when necessary due to workload or distance.
• Offer emotional and clinical phone support to families, including end-of-life situations.
• Act as a clinical guide and mentor to on-call staff members.
• Collaborate with medical directors and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor and review triage documentation for clarity, timeliness, and compliance.
• Assist with operational planning and continuous improvement of care services.
• Report critical updates, patient condition changes, or service disruptions to the appropriate administrators.

Requirements

• Clear and active RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Hospice experience required
