Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery Oregon City Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery Location: Oregon City Start Date: January 6,2025 Duration: 13-week assignment, Night Shift (3x12, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Pay Rate: $2,520 per week Job Description ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Labor and Delivery (L&D) unit assignment in Oregon City,OR. This role involves providing comprehensive care for women during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period in a dynamic, high-acuity environment. The RN will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and baby. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to women in labor, including monitoring fetal heart rate, maternal vital signs, and administering medications as needed.
• Assist with both vaginal and cesarean deliveries, ensuring the health and safety of mother and baby.
• Perform post-delivery assessments, including newborn care, and provide education to new mothers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and assist in crisis management situations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience with travel or 3 years without travel (Required).
• Licensure: Must have an OR RN license at the time of submission (Required).

* Certifications:

• BLS (Required)
• ACLS (Required)
• NRP (Preferred)
• First-time Travelers: Not accepted.
• On-Call: As needed
• Weekend Requirement: As needed
• RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Shifts & Scheduling

• Shift: Night Shift (3x12, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Schedule: 36 hours per week.
• Weekend Requirement: TBD, minimum of six weekends during the contract period.
• RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be submitted at the time of application.
