As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager in Data Publish and Processing , you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line.

Job responsibilities
  • Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
  • Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
  • Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
  • Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
  • Conducts regular portfolio reviews to assess performance, identifies gaps, and recommends actions for improvement
  • Develops and implements operational processes and best practices to streamline product development and launch
  • Prepares and presents reports on portfolio performance, including KPIs, financial metrics, and customer insights
  • Fosters strong relationships with key partners to support product initiatives and drive business growth

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization in Cloud environment
  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives of various programs
  • Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, as well as data analysis tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in AWS/Azure or Google cloud environment
  • Data and Analytics background (Compute, analytics)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks
  • Previous experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects
