MANAGER OF TAX & TREASURY

Duties:

• Review Federal and State tax filings for accuracy (currently prepared by outsourced Big 4 CPA firm). May go “in house” at some point
• Assist with tax set up for new subsidiaries (some international)
• Perform treasury functions including cash forecasting (The CFO is willing to teach this)
• Collaborate with general accounting, finance, and financial reporting
• Identify how cash forecasting ties in to Tax, Treasury, and AP/AR
• Cross train on general ledger close and finance functions.

Requirements:

• BS in Accounting (or related field with concentration in Accounting)
• CPA license (or in process)
• 4+ years of public accounting experience
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience (international preferred)
• Some exposure to treasury & cash forecasting and general accounting would be a major plus
• Must have a passion for a “start up” environment. Willing to roll up the sleeves as needed.
