Job Summary

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team in Evanston, IL. This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, placing candidates across the organization. This is a great opportunity to make contributions to the organization through the success of finding talent that will continue to support the growth of our organization. We are moving into 2025 with almost a 30% increase in headcount over the previous year. This is a great time to join L2TMedia!

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree required

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter at an advertising agency or solid experience recruiting positions in the digital marketing space
• Experience with managing workflow in an ATS, JazzHR preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
• Strong sense of organization and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple job openings
• Ability to build and manage relationships
• Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, independent thinker that can manage multiple projects/priorities
• Positive, can-do attitude, strong willingness to learn
