We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our expanding global team. In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing and recruiting top talent for customer-facing roles across the USA, with occasional support for global hiring needs.

Success in this position requires a passion for connecting with people, a keen eye for spotting outstanding candidates, and the drive to make an impactful difference in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the USA and, as needed, globally- covering all aspects of the hiring process, from LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting to CV screening, phone screening, and interview coordination.
• Utilize effective sourcing tools and advertise on social networks to attract high-quality candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to guide and support them throughout the recruitment process.
• Execute efficiently and meet all recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.
• Collaborate with teams across different departments and work closely with our HQ in Tel Aviv.
• Generate Talent Acquisition reports leveraging data and analytics.
• Participates in HR-related projects and/or performs other tasks as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with the ability to fully manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles and, as needed, other regions like Australia and Europe.
• Proven experience recruiting for customer-facing roles
• Proficiency with strategic sourcing techniques, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings, and a commitment to staying current with industry best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• A team-oriented approach with a positive, can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Based on the East Coast is a must!

Nice to have: 

• Experience working with a global team and understanding of diverse recruitment markets.

Compensation: 75,000 - 85,000$
