Location:Lee Health hospital campuses
Department: Variable
Work Type: PRN - non benefited
Shift: Shift 1 (7:00am - 7:30pm) and Shift 3 (7:00pm - 7:30am)
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $18.75 / hour
Summary
Provides patient care duties under the guidance and direction of the Registered Nurse. Responsible for implementing components of the plan of care through the initiation/completion of procedures relating to basic human, mental health and social needs, comfort, safety and emergency measures; activities of daily living; personal care needs; nutrition and fluid and elimination needs.

Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/
Preferred and/or
Additional Requirements
Enrolled as a Nursing Student in an accredited Registered Nurse program or approved Licensed Practical Nurse program.
Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements
The student must have completed the foundations or fundamentals semester of their nursing program. Student will provide an official transcript to Recruitment.

Preferred and/or BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider.
