**Discover a more connected career** The Senior Analyst LMS Administrator is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for optimizing and maintaining our enterprise learning technology and delivering high-impact training programs. This individual will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP LMS, driving its effective use across the organization. **Connecting you to great benefits** + Weekly Paychecks + Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, and Holidays + Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) + 401(k) w/ Company Match + Stock Purchase Plan + Education Reimbursement + Legal Insurance + Discounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more! **What you'll do** + Administer the end-to-end functionality of the SAP LMS, ensuring maximum uptime, system integrity, and seamless integration with other internal systems. + Configure, create, and manage all learning objects (courses, curricula, certifications) and learning resource vendors (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) within the LMS. + Architect sophisticated deployment strategies by mastering the company's data structure, leveraging audience types, and configuring assignment profiles to ensure targeted and prescriptive training delivery. + Drive LMS adoption and capability by designing and delivering initial and ongoing training for system Super Users. + Collaborate with business partners to determine the optimal structure and deployment method for new training initiatives within the LMS. + Develop custom training programs that strategically address identified skill gaps and professional development needs across various worker groups. + Actively support the execution of the overall L&D strategy in collaboration with business leaders, subsidiary HR teams, and key organizational stakeholders. + Assist in the implementation and communication of key organizational change initiatives, focusing on the learning and readiness components. **What you'll need** + To be 18 years of age or older + Authorization to work in the United States for this company + Bachelor's degree or certificate in Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field + 5+ years of SAP LMS administration experience required + Commitment to customer service with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues, independent advisors and key stakeholders. + Must have a high degree of computer literacy including Microsoft Office or Google Suites, + Proficiency with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms including use of polling and breakout rooms + Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities + Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment **Physical abilities & exposures** + **Routinely:** Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods. + **Occasionally:** Travel domestically up to 20% to attend team meetings or training. **Why grow your career with us** Your career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
