Job Description

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, providing individualized support and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect data on client progress and maintain accurate records.

We're looking for someone who:

Has a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred).
Is at least 18 years old and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Is tech-savvy and comfortable using technology to track data and communicate with team members.
Is reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Is passionate about working with children and eager to learn and grow.
