Join Our Team as a Soldering Specialist

Position: Soldering Specialist

Shift: 1st Shift: 5AM- 1:30PM

Shift: 1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM

Pay Rate: $35 Hourly

Location: Irvine, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Assembly: Perform intricate assembly of medical devices, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Soldering Expertise: Solder and assemble components under a microscope throughout the shift. You'll work with magnifications ranging from 4x to 50x and wire gauges as fine as 28 to 42.

• Process Improvement: Contribute to process development by offering valuable feedback and suggestions for optimization.

• Documentation: Take clear, organized notes to document procedures, findings, and any adjustments made during the assembly process.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and team members to achieve project goals and ensure high-quality results.

• Safety & Quality Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards (non-cleanroom environment).

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience soldering and assembling components under a microscope for extended periods.

• Strong manual dexterity with excellent attention to detail.

• Exceptional notetaking and documentation skills.

• Experience working in a regulated environment, particularly within medical devices or similar industries.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures (SOPs).

• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
