Flavas Restaurant & Lounge in Bronx, NY is looking for one social media manager to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 3114 Third Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

A Social Media Manager develops and implements social media strategies to enhance an organization's online presence and engagement. They create, curate, and manage content, analyze performance metrics, and interact with followers across various social media platforms. Their responsibilities also include managing social media campaigns, collaborating with influencers, and staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Creating and implementing social media strategies aligned with business goals. 
• Content Creation & Management: Developing and curating engaging content for various platforms. 
• Social Media Campaign Management: Planning, launching, and managing social media campaigns. 
• Community Engagement: Responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers. 
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. 
• Influencer Management: Collaborating with influencers to expand reach and influence. 
• Trend Monitoring: Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices. 
• Reporting: Preparing reports on social media performance and strategy. 
• Collaboration: Working with other teams (marketing, sales, etc.) to align social media efforts

Qualifications

bachelor's degree is generally required, typically in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations. While a specific degree isn't always mandated, these fields provide foundational knowledge in communication, marketing, and business skills, all essential for the role
