📋 Join Our Team as a Real Estate Assistant – Northern Virginia’s Fastest-Growing Real Estate Group

Are you passionate about real estate and known for your attention to detail? We’re looking for a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic, high-performing team in Northern Virginia.

We're gearing up to launch with Zillow Flex , we operate from a state-of-the-art office space , and we’ve built one of the largest social media followings in the DMV with 10M+ monthly views across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🗂 Support agents with day-to-day administrative tasks and transaction management
• 🏡 Coordinate listings, MLS updates, signage, and photography
• 📞 Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Schedule showings, inspections, and closings
• 💻 Assist with marketing efforts including social media posts, email campaigns, and CRM updates

• Meticulous organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and ready to problem-solve
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A desire to grow within the real estate industry

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
