Are you enthusiastic about real estate and have a keen eye for detail? We’re seeking a committed Real Estate Assistant to join our energetic and high-achieving team based in Northern Virginia.

As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex , we operate out of a cutting-edge office environment and have cultivated one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area , boasting over 10 million monthly views on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• 🗂 Providing essential administrative support and managing transaction processes for agents
• 🏡 Handling listing coordination, MLS updates, signage, and photography arrangements
• 📞 Ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organizing showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• 💻 Supporting marketing initiatives, including social media content, email campaigns, and CRM maintenance

• Exceptionally organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Motivated to advance their career in the real estate sector

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
