A day in the life

Step into a fast-moving pressroom in Minneapolis, MN 55428, where you partner closely with an experienced operator to keep our sheetfed offset presses running precisely and safely. You’ll stage stock, align feeders, dial in ink–water balance, and keep a vigilant eye on color and registration so every sheet meets the mark.

Schedule & location

• 2nd shift, four 10-hour days
• Mon–Thu, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.
• On-site in Minneapolis, MN 55428

The equipment you’ll touch

KBA 105 and KBA 106 sheetfed presses (6- and 7-color, 40" format).

What you’ll do

• Assist with press set-up, operation, and upkeep on KBA 105/106 40" sheetfed offset presses.
• Continuously monitor run conditions to maintain quality and consistency.
• Help fine-tune ink and water settings for optimal lithographic results.
• Support routine maintenance and jump in on troubleshooting when issues arise.
• Collaborate with production teammates to meet deadlines and output goals.
• Keep your work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies without compromise.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing coursework is a plus.
• Experience as a Litho Press Feeder or a comparable pressroom role.
• Solid grasp of printing processes, press mechanics, and materials.
• Sharp attention to detail and sound problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working independently and within a tight-knit team.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do outlook.
• Flexibility to work overtime when production needs it.
