Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help lead the creation of innovative digital products for millions of customers across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you'll transform complex workflows into seamless user experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Design and deliver user experiences across web and mobile platforms, leveraging your expertise in service and system design.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and user research teams to drive product development from concept to completion.
Facilitate design sprints, run workshops, and develop rapid prototypes to drive alignment and creativity within teams.
Create and refine design systems, patterns, and high-fidelity prototypes while ensuring consistency across products.
Advocate for user-centered design through storytelling and clear communication of design rationale to stakeholders.
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields.
5+ years of experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, content, user research).
Proven experience shipping products across multiple platforms and geos.
Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and usertesting.com.
Solid experience with systems thinking, defining design patterns, style guides, and conducting user testing.
Strong portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and teams.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in Service Design and Service Mapping.
Expertise in envisioning complex user interactions and setting platform strategies.
Previous experience working in the financial services industry, especially consumer lending.
