Position: Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

Curative AI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer for our rapidly growing company.
Our AI-powered platform is designed to transform healthcare management, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management solutions for streamlined documentation, faster claims processing, and enhanced clinical decision support.
This role will serve as the primary client-facing representative, working directly with ETL stakeholders to design and present high-value deliverables, combining technical expertise with business acumen and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with ETL stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, leading client meetings and presentations, designing and maintaining the BI ecosystem, developing impactful reporting and analytics for finance and executive teams, conducting deep dive analyses, guiding stakeholders in data governance and visualization, simplifying and automating reporting, owning end-to-end development of data products, mentoring BI analysts, and staying current with emerging BI technologies.
Requirements: Must be located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid at the Bellevue location a minimum of three days per week.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or Business Intelligence, with proven client-facing experience.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau a plus).
In-depth understanding of database management, ETL frameworks, data modeling, and optimization.
Experience designing and implementing efficient data pipelines and with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and star schema design.
Experience with healthcare data highly desired.
Ability to gather requirements and translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
Strong communication, client management, and strategic thinking skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no H1B visa sponsorship offered.
Benefits: Base salary range: $135,000 - $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
