Job Description

As a Senior Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key clients within the gaming industry. Leveraging your expertise in sales across various verticals, you will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry or related sectors.
  • Extensive experience selling across multiple verticals, including auto, insurance, CPG, pharmaceutical, telecom, beauty, and travel, with a demonstrated ability to adapt sales strategies to diverse client needs.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry ecosystem, including key players, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation efforts.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, understanding their business objectives and pain points.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and operations teams, to develop tailored solutions that address client needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years selling experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales/account management roles within the gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to clients in multiple verticals, including auto, insurance, CPG, pharmaceutical, telecom, beauty, and travel.
  • Previous experience working in or with gaming studios, publishers, or platforms.
  • Established network of contacts within the gaming industry.
  • Experience in selling advertising or sponsorship opportunities within gaming content.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
