About the role:
The SAP Business One Support & Solutions Specialist will support and enhance our SAP environment, focusing on providing technical support, developing custom solutions, and integrating SAP Business One with other systems. This role will contribute to efficient business operations and align technology with organizational goals in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Documentation
Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues, support users, and document processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate SAP training and create user-friendly materials.

Custom Development & Performance Optimization
Develop and implement custom applications, integrations, and EDI solutions to enhance efficiency and align with business needs.

Vendor Communication & Escalation
Coordinate with SAP vendors and partners for seamless issue resolution and optimal system performance.

Collaboration with Stakeholders
Align SAP capabilities with business objectives and support data-driven decisions by creating custom reports and dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One and SAP HANA (SAP Certification required).
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and workflows.
• Experience with EDI and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in SAP programming languages and customizations.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports.
• Salesforce experience or certification is advantageous.
