The New Car Salesperson sells new vehicles and meets dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. As a New Car Salesperson you are responsible for prospecting, selling ,and following up with sales leads and our large customer data base. Sales Team Associate Responsibilities

• Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be an expert vehicle consultant. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology, know how and portray how the features can benefit the customers needs.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure and capture referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections to the sale and thrive in sales situations.

Sales Team Associate Qualifications

• Sales experience with Stellantis as a manufacturer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram a plus.
• Determined and motivated to sell vehicles.
• Proven track record in sales.

Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays with a 5 day work week, we offer split shifts. * Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred. * Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, sales process and eager to improve. * Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members. * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. * Willing to submit to a pre employment background check and drug screen. * Bi-lingual a plus.
