Salary: $140,000 - 210,000 per year Requirements:

• As our UiPath Solutions Architect, we require the following qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Active government clearance or the capability to pass the IRS background investigation.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in UiPath development, including proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding.
• At least 4 years of experience in object-oriented programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Java, or Python.
• Proven experience in developing multiple production-grade unattended automations utilizing REFramework.
• Demonstrated experience in constructing production-grade Document Understanding automations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will expect you to:
• Participate equally in solution architecture (50%) and hands-on UiPath development (50%) while overseeing and coordinating the efforts of multiple UiPath developers.
• Design, build, and release production-quality unattended automations with UiPath Studio and REFramework.
• Configure Document Understanding (DU) elements, including Taxonomy Manager, Data Extraction, Validation, and Classification, to process and validate both structured and unstructured data from extensive document collections.
• Develop and enhance Form Extractor along with ML Skill-based classifiers and extractors.
• Oversee, sustain, and improve existing automations in production using UiPath Orchestrator.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to exhibit new strategies and the latest capabilities of UiPath.
• Investigate and implement AI/ML, OCR, and innovative automation methods to boost our automation maturity.
• Provide demonstrations and training to clients on automations, offering operational assistance as required.
• Contribute to the establishment of automation governance, documentation standards, and code review practices.
• Mentor junior developers, review code quality, and guide them on best practices related to REFramework and DU workflows.
