In this exciting and impactful role, you'll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth by leveraging shopper insights and analytics. You'll play a key role in shaping our omnichannel sales strategy, analyzing brand performance, and discovering new pathways for growth across various retail categories. Your work will be highly visible and impactful, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

You will be responsible for brand performance tracking, category management, and data analysis to uncover business opportunities that fuel both category sales and overall customer success. This role will require you to work closely with key stakeholders, including the Director of Consumer Insights and VP of Sales, to activate strategies that push the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Track and analyze brand performance and competitive landscape by mining point-of-sale (POS) data, innovation data, and other syndicated sources to provide a comprehensive view of the marketplace.
Leverage insights and trends to offer customer-centric guidance and uncover growth opportunities at the category level.
Identify and activate brand growth opportunities through distribution channels and customer marketing.
Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies that drive commercial growth at the retailer level.
Lead analytics for key customer accounts, using individual retailer data portals (e.g., Retail Link, Luminate, Target POL).
Monitor POS tracking, inventory, and forecasting to ensure optimal product availability and sales performance.
Provide insights and strategic recommendations during line reviews in collaboration with sales leaders.
Deliver routine reporting on performance, including monthly scorecards and weekly updates for top customers.
Work with supply teams to monitor inventory and evaluate brand performance using sales data to identify category opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in data, data science, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
At least 4 years of experience working with retail data portals (e.g., Walmart, Target) and syndicated data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, Kantar).
Proven experience in shopper insights or a similar field.
Expertise in go-to-market strategies and translating insights into actionable steps for business growth.
Ability to synthesize data from various sources and communicate a cohesive, actionable story.
Experience with both qualitative (e.g., focus groups, consumer panels) and quantitative (e.g., path-to-purchase analysis, concept testing) research methodologies.
Skilled in managing relationships with third-party research agencies and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills with an agile, problem-solving mindset.
Position Details:

Full-time, exempt position.
Fully remote work environment.
Salary: $125,000-$135,000 + Bonus.
Benefits Include:
