Welcome,
We’re looking for a **Video Editor** to help us create and edit 5 to 15 videos a week for our growing Youtube channel. We’ve developed an easy system for editing, and we want someone who can help us expand by joining the team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Add pre-trimmed video clips, add background videos, sound effects, stingers, and photos to video template.
* Use a Photoshop template to create 3 thumbnails (only minor changes to composition and layers).
* Track your work and progress in our **Airtable database** and communicate with us via **Slack**.
* Submit completed videos within **4-6 hours** after being assigned video.
**Requirements:**
* Experience with **Capcut** and **Photoshop** (or similar tools).
* Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented.
* Willing to use **Airtable** and **Slack** to stay organized and communicate with the team (we’ll show you how if you’re new to these tools).
* Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
**Pay & Benefits:**
* **$0.35 per minute of video**.
* **Raises available** as we grow.
* Videos are usually **8-17 minutes** long, and editing for each video should take about **1**-**1.5 hours** once you get into the groove
