The Role

We are looking for Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) Tutors who are passionate about education and driven to help students succeed. If you love mentoring, test prep, and empowering others, this is the role for you. You’ll work one-on-one with students, create personalized study plans, and provide expert guidance to help them excel on every section of the MCAT. This role can be located anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one on all sections of the MCAT exam
• Tailor an MCAT curriculum to student’s needs
• Track and analyze student progress
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor student progress
• Keep students’ families up to date on progress
• Be passionate about education and an expert thought leader for your students

Qualifications

• Have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required)
• Tutor during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Have previously taken the MCAT (copy of official score report will be required)
• 1-2 years of previous teaching or tutoring experience desired
• Able to provide MCAT Test preparation for the full exam, each section
• Superior attention to detail and a high ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable teaching/coaching in a fully remote environment
• A baseline MCAT score of 521+
