Prime Easily Dental is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our systems from various sources such as paper documents, e-mails, and online forms
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entry
- Maintain and update electronic records and databases
- Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of data entry tasks
- Adhere to company data confidentiality and security policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve data collection and entry processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus, but not required.
