We are looking for a driven self-starter to join our Healthcare IT team as a Recruitment Researcher to take lead of the researching efforts and drive the candidate side of the process!
The Researcher works across a variety of functions including market research, sourcing, database maintenance, and related project work. You will have continued involvement throughout the search working closely with the recruiting team throughout.
Day-to-Day:
Participate in intake meetings to understand role and candidate attributes.
Create and lead the sourcing strategy for each assigned search in partnership with hiring partners and recruiters.
Create talent pipelines using LinkedIn, online sourcing, internal databases, etc using advanced Boolean logic.
Develop market mastery and share market insights with internal partners.
Create and maintain an extensive database within assigned practice area.
Develop collaborative relationships with team members and hiring managers
