Bayou Graphics is seeking an Entry-Level Quality Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic Design team. In this full-time remote position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our documentation processes. Responsibilities:

• Review and edit technical documents for accuracy and clarity
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards and company guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and verify content
• Organize and maintain documentation repositories for easy access and retrieval
• Assist in the development and implementation of documentation processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document editing software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of design principles and terminology
