Project Manager (Offshore Facility Platform Experience Only – Houston, TX)

Position Type: 1099 Contract (Long-Term, Office-Based)
Location: Houston, TX (Local Candidates Only)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with exclusive offshore facility platform experience for a long-term 1099 position based in Houston, TX .

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Integrity Management System , ensuring proper inspection frequencies, methods, results, anomaly assessments, and repair data .
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities Engineering, and Maintenance Units to address integrity issues during major shutdowns and turnaround activities.
• Optimize inspection processes and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Manage anomaly registers, KPI monitoring, and reporting, including anomaly sign-offs .
• Oversee Management of Changes (MOC) related to integrity and provide local integrity consultancy.
• Determine appropriate inspection techniques and frequencies .
• Implement new technologies to enhance inspection efficiency.
• Participate in technical studies, P&ID reviews, Safety Integrity assessments, and HAZOPs .
• Engage with regulatory bodies, including BSEE & USCG .
• Conduct integrity failure investigations .

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, specializing in offshore oil & gas piping, pressure vessel, and storage tank integrity programs .
• Extensive knowledge of industry codes and standards , including:
• ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code
• ASME B31.3, ASME B31.8
• API 510, API 570, API RP 574, API RP 576, API 579-1, API 653
• NACE MR-01-075, SPCC , and other applicable regulations.
• Strong background in offshore inspection project management and resource planning .
• Expertise in NDE techniques and applications.
• Ability to interpret mechanical flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and piping isometric drawings .
